Well,this is a pretty old topic.But still GTA IV is not popular than GTA Sanandreas among gamers. Size of the game and computer requirements it need is keeping gamers away from it.But GTA IV is a game that all gamers should try at least once.

How to Activate ?
  1. Download softwaresnomi GTA IV Activator and Graphic Fixer
  2. Extract zip file and Run  softwaresnomi GTA IV Activator and Graphic Fixer.exe
  3. Browser and select the home folder of your GTA IV installation
  4. Click on "Activate & Fix" button
  5. A Progress bar will fill and the activator will quit by itself
  6. Now GTA IV is fully activated
 How to Fix Graphics
  1. You have already activated your game,let's fix graphics now :)
  2. Launch GTA IV from your desktop shortcut (or go to GTA IV home folder and run Launch GTA IV)
  3. Wait till Game loads and Go to Options menu
  4. Select Graphics Tab
  5. Now you can change game screen resolution as you want (by default GTA IV will not let you to change this)
  6. Set it to a lower value you prefer
  7. Change rendering options and other options to "Low" if you have a low GPU (VGA memory)
  8. Now Apply by Pressing Space and Press enter again if it gives any messages
  9. Close GTA IV from Quit Menu and restart the Game
  10. Now you are ready to PLAY !! :)
